Hannah is a former school teacher turned certified Holistic Life Coach, Breathwork teacher & Mindfulness facilitator who specialises in working with heart centered women with busy, sensitive minds.

Through an integrative approach , Hannah combines relaxation, breathing and mindfulness techniques along with neuroscience, essential oils, nutrition and soulful lifestyle education to provide her clients with a holistic emotional wellness toolkit for managing the stress of day to day life.
